this seems to break the basic rule of contract law. i think you should sue them for non delivery.I have posted on this recently but here is the latest.
Zaitek and their "Why Markets Turn" refused to supply their product and did not refund my money.
First they said I didn't pay in full, so there was no contract, but now say I breached the contract for something I never received and will sue me for $3,000,000.
All correspondence from them is abusive, and profane, and I shouldn't mention the spelling and grammar.
So just be warned that these are not people to engage in financial arrangements.
After claiming that they did not have bank details to refund me, my bank sent their bank details in full.
The result was that Zaitek responded by legal threats rather than recompense.
If you know of anyone contemplating dealings with them, set them straight lest they suffer as I have.
The future is 90% present and 10% vision.

Tor
Thanks for your advice.
I am having too much fun, and reckon i will not only get my money's worth in enjoyment but will destroy their reputation and income to boot.
You know when these morons resort to threats of massive legal actions that they are pissing against the wind.
If they had any sense they would cough up and I would leave them alone but stupidity seems to override sensibility.
I will now embark on spreading my story to every chat room I can find.
Beyond that, I reckon an article here and there and advertisements in trading publications should go down well.
I believe there is a history earlier than their current scam that I won't detail at this time but I have so much ammo I don't know where to start firing.
This is going to be my pet project for some time and I can't stop smiling.

Thanks Tor and Vitaminm
Yes, I am carefull to reveal only the truth and I love the way search engines are bringing up responses from this forum.
Thak you for your suggestions, both, and it is great that the little guy can confront the scammers and reveal it to the world to hopefully save others.
