I think you usually lease these for a week or two while having a vacation, I doubt I would want to live in one like a home, I need a garage! LOL
Leasing would go about $200-300k per week, just my guess... I would not pay more though, there is plenty of boats out there with excellent service... (I bet this one would lease like $600k per week, price of a 30 people boat LOL)
Most luxury sails and power yachts would have similar setup in them. But this power yacht is unusually wide, so maybe costs more to lease, I don't know... This boat is also very slow at 12-14 knot top speed...
Here, these are for lease for 16 people. 58m x 3 = 175 ft or so... Most of these will go around 20 knot...
