DB made a clear bottom on panic selling and panic media coverage. The CDS increase that was noted is still very small and no real cause for concern.

It was some of the highest volume in years right at that bottom, isn't that usually the end of a downtrend at least for a while?

High volume Lows and Highs ALWAYS GET TESTED...
