I keep seeing articles about "Global Warming" exposing artifacts which have been below the ice cover for years.
Doesn't that indicate a warmer "climate" many decades ago before CO2 was demonized?

It's instructive to take a look back for perspective. Note lack of correlation between CO2 and temperature and Ice Ages (435, 290, 146). In relative terms we're cold now and life gets better with higher temperatures (e.g., death rate and crop production).
