the title means more or less ''tempests and rainstorms coming, what's going to happen in financial markets'' 

As long as I read such articles on newspapers, I will sleep very well at night. I will start to worry when they say the stock market is healthy. 

When you trade the stock market you have to watch also the sentiment on the media and if you do like I do, you consider it 

as a contrarian indicator.

There's a reason I do what I do.

Hmmmmm all I mostly see is all the bulls calling for 5600 by year end and call options are through the roof bullish.  I think its pretty balanced and leans way more to the bullish side personally.
