The weekly trend on NYSE New lows is up. I'd not call that a surgical tool (what weekly indicator is?), but it's not Bullish.

Mike Burk's seasonality for last week was historically very strong, however...
OTC NH failed to confirm the, all time, new index high.
NY NH also failed to confirm the SPX all time high.
All the NY SI’s (Summation indices) are heading south.
OTC HL SI joined the other SI’s in their declines.
OTC HL Ratio remained in modestly negative territory.

I'll go by the calls that are absolutely insane today everyone is bullish going into the close, way to much!!
