I'm sure the chief will flip those sentiment numbers bullish somehow lol!!!  The Barrons article though isn't a good sign lol!!

short term top, maybe or maybe not. IT top, I don' t think. This market is going to top out around February or March, I think. The wall of worries is 

still far from being completed and until they have finished completing it, the bull is intact.

maybe mid October for the start of a trading range waiting for the elections ? The reason why I don't believe in an IT correction here, is that we've just got out of one 

and it would be strange to start another.

Short-term pullback is probable. I doubt the IT top is here. No reason to have a sizable decline yet.
