Traders are now pricing 82% odds that the Fed will also cut in December, according to the CME Group’s Fed Watch Tool.
The Bank of England meets on Thursday and is expected to cut by 25 basis points, while the Riksbank is seen easing by 50 basis points and the Norges Bank is expected to stay on hold.

The leading short term T-bill rate shown below in black says the Fed should cut the Fed funds rate shown in red by another 25 basis points this Thursday or maybe in December.

Now down to a 59% chance for December as the 10 year note is now up nearly one full point since the lows in mid September.
The boys and girls in the pit are seeing/smelling something over the horizon that isn't quite known as yet...could be economical...could be geopolitical...could be both.
